96 Chevy 2 door- window, door, and locking mechanism problems :(?

well i have a 96 Chevy Tahoe, and I'm having a couple of problems with it and was wondering if any one here can help me pleaaase! first off both interior door handles are broken, i know that an easy fix but just wondering about the costs. next problem is the driver side window, when i roll it up or down i hear a loud crunching/ cracking noise, and it seems to be messing with my locking mechanism. when i try to unlock the door it sounds like it unlocks, but i cant open it, when i try and shut it, it slams but doesn't latch to hold the door in place, so i gotta press myself up against it and lock it manually. just looking for general costs for all the problems my baby's got and any info is welcome, thanks again!
