My phone (Oranges San Francisco) won't let me see my picture message!?

I have a san francisco (it was made by orange and was limited edition, it's an android) and I put mine on t-mobile because I wanted to keep my sim deal. I have a picture message and my phone won't let me download it. It just says 'Please try again later' but I have had this message for over a day now and it is something that I really should see asap. My phone usually doesn't let me see my pictures for like 2-3 days after having them sent to me when I get a text from t-mobile saying that I have a picture message to view with my password to unlock it, etc. Is there anyway to get this faster? I really don't want to wait another day. I look rude.
