Where do I get daphnia starter culture in coimbatore?

I am having 15 convict fries. I need to feed them live food like daphnia. Where do I get the daphnia starter culture in coimbatore? I also need to learn on how to cultivate the Daphnia. Is there any sources available to learn it?
