Im really flexible and jumps are really high, i can do the splits and side splits! but i wanna have lots of tumbling down for the next tryouts! i go to tcc cheer and can get privates! is there anyway i could get my tumbling down 10 times faster?!?!

Im in cheer and we run a mile every day and do conditioning and tumbling and for some reason my left calve feels really sore but the other one doesnt hurt at all. It might be because i hurt my rigth ankle a while ago and it still hurts a little so i sometimes put more weight on my left like when were doing jumping jacks. It hurts just to walk on it and i have cheer again todday and im really nervouse about running. What will help my calve?

I'm 14 and for a little while now I've been having bad pain in my right knee whenever I run, jump, or like bend it like as in lunging. I get it in my left knee to but it's not as bad. I concur, this deck has to many one of a kind cards, with no main focus. Pick a "win condition" or a good combo or a specific card to center the deck around. Keep the deck to about 60 cards, put 20-24 land in the deck and play it to test it. Look at decks online (try using google search for "Elf Deck Mtg" or something like that) Get some good ideas and run with it. Best of Luck.

Jailbroken iPod Touch Theme Doesn't Show Theme Lockscreen?

Alright, so I have a new iPod Touch 4G running on 4.3.3 firmware. For every theme I have downloaded from Cydia, (I.E Mac Collision) everything works but the theme's lockscreen wallpaper and slider/unlock method; it just shows the background I had before jailbreaking and the normal slide to unlock. The only things I have checked in Winterboard are the ones for the theme, as well as no Undocked or Docked icon labels. On my 3G iPod I had before it was stolen, the lockscreens worked just fine, and there were no new updates for the themes. Can someone please tell me step by step how to fix this problem, whether it be an SSH thing or something else. Much thanks

96 Chevy 2 door- window, door, and locking mechanism problems :(?

well i have a 96 Chevy Tahoe, and I'm having a couple of problems with it and was wondering if any one here can help me pleaaase! first off both interior door handles are broken, i know that an easy fix but just wondering about the costs. next problem is the driver side window, when i roll it up or down i hear a loud crunching/ cracking noise, and it seems to be messing with my locking mechanism. when i try to unlock the door it sounds like it unlocks, but i cant open it, when i try and shut it, it slams but doesn't latch to hold the door in place, so i gotta press myself up against it and lock it manually. just looking for general costs for all the problems my baby's got and any info is welcome, thanks again!

While it may be normal, it's not good. I sucked my thumb and it made it so I had to have braces (the roof of my mouth is shaped like my thumb) and even after braces my teeth are still crooked. Try those mitton things they have that keeps babies from scratching themselves. I know you said you tried gloves but you could try putting two pair on. If she still sucks on her hand then that's fine, just so long as she is sucking on her whole fist and not just one finger or something. By sucking the fist the baby learns about how it works and such, but sucking on the thumb just causes teeth problems. Also try pacifiers. Thats what worked for me. Lots of people say they bad (not sure why) but it's better than buying braces later.

I would add Llanowar Elves, and also look into some better six drops if you have the money to spend. Against U/B Mill you should be okay if they are relying on archive traps since you just need to not search your library. Just make sure you can get enough on the board to beat him before he starts milling you out. Aggro has always been a mill deck's downfall so if you really want to beat a mill deck just turn this into Elves. The only really expensive card is Vengevine, but you can get away without it for now.

Now normally I'd go on Toolset and just edit it to see if I can find the problem, but I never learned how to edit campaign modules (they never show up half the time). Well i think i am being haunted by this demon, it has been following me mostly my whole life. Now my name has 3 meanings, one of which means "devil spawn" and i am mentally insane and i have manic depression, but i do not think this is just in my head. I took the tumble and when i looked up, there was nobody there. i was about 6 when this happened. I am only 13 now but since then i have developed a state of psychosis, monophobia, and manic depression. I am also still paranoid and was then as well. As my parents are divorced, i travel a lot to my mom's and my dad's. I think it follows me because at my mother's house, I was playing on my DSI and i saw a shadow on the door creep closer, but when i looked, it receded. I keep having night terrors about that one night when it attacked me. I have gotten to a state of praying for protection at night, but when i do things like this, asking people for help, it worsens. I put a bible by my bed but when i was in our library room i touched it an i heard a voice rasp "NO" then the railing on the stairs rattled. I dropped the bible and ran away. that night i had my brother put it on my night stand for me. It did nothing, in fact the phenomenon got worse. I feel like when i ask for help from the forums, it feels provoked. when i do this, it scratches the walls. when i pray at night it bangs the walls and scratches them. One night i was sleeping, wearing a low tank top, as it was summer. I awoke the next morning to find scratches on my arms, neck, shoulders, ankle, and on the tops of my breasts running to my throat. I have horrible thoughts that it could, and may kill me. I am scared so much, but nobody takes me seriously, as i am insane, but they don't take me seriously when i say its a demon, in fact, my brother taunts me saying "was it the ghosts?!" Okay so I am going to be a sophomore next year and competitive cheerleading is a big part if my life. I love it so much and drive almost an hour several times a week ti get there. I have been on 3 different teams and the one that I am now is the best one. All three years j have been cheering I have been in a team with this girl, let's call her mary. I have become quite good friends with her but I find that too much of her is bad and she annoys me so much sometimes but other times I really like her. At cheerleading she always talks to me and it is hard for me to make closefriends on the team and hangout with then when she is on my team. This year I joined a month before her and last year I joined the team about 2 months before her. I am friendly with everyone on my team now about 30 girls but she just joined my team and i feel weird about it. Her dad is kind of a jerk sometimes she is smothers me at practice. Btw she goes to my school and in my friend group. I thought I wanted her to join but now I just feel weird about it. The thing is that I am a very competitive person and will do what it takes so that I am one if the best. Clothes dryer not drying?

I have a Roper dryer and everything seems to work like it always has (tumbling, heating), but it just isn't drying anymore. I checked the lint trap and the hose and there is nothing clogging either of them. The clothes washer is also spinning just as it used to, so that is not the problem either. Tell your coach to give you a heavy spot on a MAT not the floor and keep doing it on a mat until you only need a light spot then when you have it by yourself. After you have it on the mat, then tell your coach to lightly (or heavily if you want) spot you on the floor. If you have it by yourself on the trampoline already then you're doing pretty good! You could actually get it down by the end of next week since you're taking 3 classes(:

That's too long to keep in mind. It's much easier to keep a hymn or psalm based on the same words in your mind, bringing you back to the same points. I find "ubi caritas et amor, ubi caritas, deus ibi est" from Taize is a good one, or the hymn "Where is love and loving kindness/God is fain to dwell" works well if you can remember many of the words. I particularly find helpful the lines, "therefore, when we meet, the flock of Christ, so loving, take we heed lest bitterness be there engendered."

I'm 17, and I own my own car. Its fully paid off. I own it outright. it's titled and registered to me only. earlier today I misplaced my car key, and spoke with my grandma about what to do. and she told me that my mother had a spare key. which I didn’t know about. so, I called and asked her for the key. you should take tumbling classes and really focus on tumbling and stunting. by now, you should know all about proper technique, motions, and jumps so i wouldn't worry about that too much. talk to your coaches about college cheerleading, i'm sure they would be more than happy to prepare you for tryouts.

He also is known to lie and make-up his life such as he says that he has this crazy friend named Monhour that would kill me by setting me alight whilst in his flame costume, also that he owns an axe collection, he's extremely rich owning at least three properties in America, he made up his own religion called 'moronosy', and the more controversial Monhour wears a Fursuit (Apparently Anthony has one too and the two go by the codenames of Duke and Ford) now your excuses are is that he's mentally retarded he doesn't know what he's doing, that's not the case he just has ADHD and he has full control over his doings I can tell. In class he sucks up to teachers and talks to them more then his colleagues. Referring to his fursuit 'Ford' he says that he goes out to fur conventions with his friends and picks up all the hot furry girls (has been doing so for 8 or so years without his parents ever caring or finding out) I asked a student counselor that accesses him and she says his mother keeps close watch of him indeed. Now that his only friend and companion Andrew ( whom he treated terrible like a doormat) including his girlfriend Daisy who dumped him flat on his ***, he comes out of no where while I'm talking to my friends (Friends that I have friendships with and I have spent months and months cultivating, I'm not really good with friendships) I can see him in my peripherals walking in the corner of my eye, he circles the tables for five minutes or more and expects me to welcome him and greet him, I try not to give him eye contact I want to let him know I don't want to be his friend after what he's done to me. Hasn't paid for the commission I've done (his excuse was that it wasn't good enough, It was I'm an amazing artist. He promised me money when he first saw it), won't show me in his fur suit as it apparently ruins the illusion after knowing him for 3 years and apparently trusting me, nearly attacked me and bit me, sent me death threats that his friend Monhour was going to kill me, sent me cut-throat signs and death threats, also on MSN online he pretended to be several different people that were: Josh, Monhour, and himself... he always used excuses why he typed at the same slow rate was because Monhour had his suit on and Josh is stupid. Now he straddles around cutting into conversations with my friends and friendships I've spent tireless hours cultivating, not to mention him stalking me. I walk away to the computer room excusing myself, five minutes later I see his ugly mug (He's not a very good looking lad) peering through the window to find me doing my assignment and then he worms his way in by sucking up to the teacher. I then go outside and he follows me AGAIN! I want to let him know I don't want him to be my friend ( What I've gathered is that he's using me to worm his way in to my friends circle 'My friends are guys' and using me because I'm a weak point) his name is Anthony, and he loves attention by making himself look stupid, he pretends his a super spy that creeps against walls, he never thanks me for anything, why does he lie about my life? he has no attraction to me at all and I'm the only one he's apparently told because I'm ' the same just like him ' that's bullshit, me and him aren't like eachother. How is the prologue to my story?

The first few sentences created some interesting imagery but the first line of dialogue came out weird. However later on in the story I started to like and learn about clive's personality and how sarcastic or evil he might become which is good because it makes me want to read on. No, you aren't too old. I started at age 14 with no previous dance experience. I'm not going professional or anything, I just think it's fun. I started a beginner ballet class with girls ranging in age from 14-19, and I'm actually the youngest. There are a ton of late beginner classes. If you can't find one, you could always take private classes until you catch up, which shouldn't be too long since you already have a few years of dance experience, as well as cheer and gymnastics. Summer is the best time to start, most studios focus on the basics instead of routines in the summer.

the only way you can truly have too much RAM is if you have so much that seek times are slowed down as a result. if the OS won't support it (most 32bit OSs only support 4GB for example) then it simply won't use the rest. If you have a 64bit OS then I would go with 6GB or 8GB (I'm fuzzy on the DDR3 rules but I know my ASUS rampage MB requires RAM in sets of 3 or else it runs at DDR2 speed and not DDR3... however I see a lot of MBs that use DDR3 with only 4 RAM sockets which makes it hard to add RAM in sets of 3). for gaming 4GB will usually do just fine and higher end games may make use of more RAM but if you are just playing something like WoW then 4GB is overkill.

Why wont my sim card work?

i have a blackberry 8520 on an orange contract. the phone is unlocked though so it can accept any sim card. I'm 14 and for a little while now I've been having bad pain in my right knee whenever I run, jump, or like bend it like as in lunging. I get it in my left knee to but it's not as bad. You have to do service for others. The block to God is the ego. The only way to get rid of the block is by doing things that are the opposite of self centeredness. The desire to receive knowledge is itself an ego desire. When you get beat up enough that you stop thinking of the self and start giving, then you realize that god was there all along. I just fell down the stairs--should I go to the doctor?

I'm 16. I was walking down my stairs and I don't know how, but I managed to trip and I tumbled down the stairs and onto the floor below. It hurt REALLY bad and I couldn't move for a few seconds because I was in so much pain, all I could do was lay on the floor and cry. I then looked down and saw that my knee had been scraped and it was a little bloody, and my leg has a cut on it too. How can I convince my coach to do this my way?

I'm cheer captain and I really want my squad to win at camp. My coach is used to controlling everything because we didn't have a very good captain last year. I have a lot of experience(more than my coach, in fact) and I would say that I know what I am talking about. I have been a cheerleader for seven years, and I'm only a freshman. We learn a routine at camp that we compete with, and we get an allotted time to add our own thing in(i.e. stunts, tumbling, etc.). I have a 7200 rpm hard drive its 1 tera and the windows index says its a 5.9 score everything else is a 7.6 or 7.8 score i have an amd x6 black series prossesor oced to 4.02 with easy tunes and my mobo is a ud3h gygabyte board is has all types of hard drive hook ups. i only have a single 4 gig stick of ram but usually dont use it all i know i need 3 more sticks. and i have a 900/1000peek psu and a amd radeon 6870 video card only one not xfire. every once in a while my pc will freeze while starting up but thats due to the ocing and i like my games running with good fsp at max graphics. i also have all 6 cores unlocked and windows starts with all 6 running that may also cause the freezing . i have windows 7 64 bit ultimate. but my hard drive is still slow and i feel its causing my pc to bottleneck. My question is im wanting at least a 1 terabyte hard drive but the only thing i see thats even faster than 7200 is the 10000 and there only like 80 gig and $300 and on up. im hoping to find some help on a good hard drive thats fast but also affordable if needed i can get an 80 and make it my primary and use the terabyte for a sec.thanks a bunch for any help on my problem

lots and lots and lots of practice. most gyms offer tumbling classes, and i would recommend taking one of those. they usually help a lot and allow you to focus just on tumbling. also if you have a trampoline at your house you could work on back handsprings and back tucks if your ready. just remember to always practice and focus on good form. my coach always tells me that one bad repetition is like erasing 10 good ones. so don't just be sloppy. ex. back-handspring: head in, legs straight and together, arms straight, long, and good starting position and squat going in. you-tube also has a lot of tips and drills you could try and help a lot. drills are really important so do lots! good luck!

When radioactive material such as Radium decays, sometimes it emits an alpha particle. The next particle is a BETA particle. A beta is simply a fast moving electron. IT too, is charged and causes other electrons to bounce around. It will also damage and kill live cells. It will travel several feet in air before coming to a stop. The last particle is a neutron, with no charge. A nuclear reactor relies on these to work. When an atom fissions, it splits into fragments and in the process gives off 2 or 3 of these. In a reactor, 1 or 2 are intentionally "lost" or absorbed so that only 1 goes around to fission another atom. THAT is what happens in a chain reaction, for every atom that fissions, one neutron is saved to cause another fission. Neutrons do damage simply by collision, knocking things about. As with the alpha and beta, it will ionize atoms in the body and cause damage or outright kill cells. Finally, gamma rays. Gamma rays are just like X-rays, only of higher energy. Gamma rays collide with matter and knock electrons out of orbit around a nucleus, making a beta. So, THAT is what happens with DECAY of radioactive materials. Particles and rays are given off. As long as they stay outside of the body, you can use time, distance and shielding to limit your exposure. However, if the material gets inside of you, time, distance and shielding no longer applies and you get it ALL in LIVE tissue with NO way to reduce your exposure. As for how long it takes to "disappear", that varies greatly. The term is "half-life". One half-life is how long it takes for half of the atoms to decay. Cobalt picks up a neutron to become cobalt-60. It has a half-life of 5.9 years at which time it decays to return to cobalt-59. 5 half-lives is used as a rule of thumb. After 5 half-lives have passed, only 3% of the original material remains, with 97% having decayed away. Loose radioactive material is called contamination. It is the contamination that is what is SO dangerous, because THAT is what can get inside of you. The major isotope involved is radioactive iodine, which can get inside and end up in your thyroid gland.There is also strontium which is similar to calcium and ends up in your bones. There is NO way to remove either from the body. What you CAN do is ingest iodine on purpose to "fill" the thyroid so it does not pick up any more iodine. This girl laughs at me when i get hurt in cheerleading?

I just joined a new cheerleading team and everyone seemed to be nice until this one girl started picking on everything i did from my stunting skills to how i look. (I hadnt said a word to her). she kept making fun of my tumbling and it got to my head on one of my passes and i ended up falling in my tuck and hurting my knee real bad and that nasty girl started laughing as loud as she possibly could and her friend did too and everyone else was silent... Only the coaches asked if i was ok and made us condition because of how that be-otch acted towards me. What am i going to do? I'm 14 and for a little while now I've been having bad pain in my right knee whenever I run, jump, or like bend it like as in lunging. I get it in my left knee to but it's not as bad. If you are training for a specific sport, you might be able to find something that compliments your sports-specific training. probably a level 2 with a round off bhs. It could depend on your standing too, i know for my gym they would rather you have standing then running tumbling. But if you also have your standing bhs then you would be on a level 2 or a 4.2 (level 4 stunts level 2 tumbling).

Ok, I am a 8th grade captain for my team and so of course I want to make a good impression for high school cheer next year. My school's cheer team is one of the best in the country, having won several national titles. I danced competitively for the same school for a year and danced on my middle school's competitive team. Our dance and cheer are more similar than most, no we don't do stunting but we are required toe touches and hurtle jumps and the same motions. The only time I have cheered was for a rec leugue in elementary school, so I don't know if I will be able to pick up stunting on a level higher than an elevator. I am a good base but is it hard to learn to stunt if you have missed several years? And also I have about 8 months to attempt to get a series of back handsprings and hopefully a spotted back tuck; they take girls who don't completely have them but I have seen them work with the girls who almost have it. I just need to know any advice for learning the aspects of cheer that I do not know, like the higher lever stunting or tumbling. Is it possible to get most of the skills down?
