Im in cheer and we run a mile every day and do conditioning and tumbling and for some reason my left calve feels really sore but the other one doesnt hurt at all. It might be because i hurt my rigth ankle a while ago and it still hurts a little so i sometimes put more weight on my left like when were doing jumping jacks. It hurts just to walk on it and i have cheer again todday and im really nervouse about running. What will help my calve?
