Do drugs really make you more creative?

it's a hit or miss, i can play the piano sober and when im high(weed) i can really feel what im playing sometimes i forget my own songs and just start new one's or just cant play anything it's weird. but with righting i HAVE to be sober haha. i guess it is all up to how comfortable you are with your talent so you can just flow. BUT you can do everything sober to, drugs are just looking at it in a different aspect.
