Forza 3 Disc 2 Downloadable Content Help?

I installed disc 2 for forza 3, but it didnt unlock anything or give me any thing new. I looked in my hard drive and it said the Europen car pack, asian car pack, etc. was installed. But it doesnt give or unlock anything. Plus I ree-installed the disc 4 times and stil nothing
